Lake Nakuru, located in the heart of Kenya’s Rift Valley, is a stunning alkaline lake renowned for its breathtaking views and diverse wildlife. Part of Lake Nakuru National Park, this shimmering lake is a sanctuary for numerous bird species, most famously the vibrant pink flamingos that gather in vast flocks along its shores, creating a spectacular display of color. In addition to the flamingos, the park is home to over 450 bird species, making it a birdwatcher’s paradise. The surrounding parkland also provides a haven for endangered animals such as the Rothschild giraffe and both black and white rhinoceroses, offering visitors a unique opportunity to see these majestic creatures in their natural habitat.

Day 1: Departure from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru

Pick up from Nairobi, enjoy the view and sceneries en-route as you head to Lake Nakuru National Park which is home to over 400 species of birds. It also hosts abundant wildlife, including the famous Big Five. Enjoy lunch after check-in, then take some time to unwind at the lodge. Later, go on an evening game drive in search of wild animals.

Day 2 - Experience Lake Nakuru National Park

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge in preparation for a full day game drive in search of wildlife. Look for the Big five, as well as antelopes, giraffes, and birds. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush while still in search of animals. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 - Return

Check out after breakfast and enjoy the drive back to Nairobi. We will drop you off your pick up point.
